Registration is open for the Spring term!  Classes begin the week of April 8th, 2024.

Philosophy Works is an introductory course that draws from the timeless wisdom of great philosophers. It provides tools and techniques to help you experience greater happiness and freedom in your everyday life. This course will prepare you for mantra-based meditation, offered in the term that follows Philosophy Works.  The interactive 10-week class provides real-world solutions that make you more effective, focused and less stressed. Learn from humanity’s great teachers and hear their answers to some of life’s big questions as we seek practical solutions to everyday challenges.
