Monday:  9:30 am - Noon & 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Tuesday:  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

WINTER TERM:  Introductory Course will start the week of January 12, 2015.  All other, ongoing, classes will start the week of January 5.

The aim of philosophy is to set people free; free from pressure and free from worry; free to grow, free to be themselves. So it seems fitting that an introductory philosophy course should itself be free (apart from a $10 administrative fee).  Online registration for the Introductory Course will close on Friday January 9th.

You may register here for the Introductory Course.  Students for the Introductory Courses must select a specific day and time and may not vary their day or time of attendance from week to week.

Philosophy Part 2
Monday (starting January 5th):  9:30 am - Noon & 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Wednesday (starting January 7th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Thursday (starting January 8th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Fee: $90.00
Prerequisite: Open to students who have completed the Introductory Course.
You may register here for NYC Part 2.
Students for Part 2 may vary their day or time of attendance from week to week.  There is a 50% discount for full-time high school and college students.

Philosophy Part 3
Tuesday (starting January 6th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Thursday (starting January 8th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Fee: $90.00
Prerequisite: Open to students who have completed the Introductory Course and Part 2.  You may register here for NYC Part 3.  
Students for Part 3 may vary their day or time of attendance from week to week.

Philosophy Part 4
Monday (staring January 5th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Tuesday (starting January 6th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Wednesday (starting January 7th):  9:30 am - 12:00 pm (noon)
Thursday (starting January 8th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Fee: $90.00
Prerequisite: Open to students who have completed the Introductory Course and Parts 2 and 3. You may register here for NYC Part 4.

Philosophy Part 5
Wednesday (starting January 7th):  7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday (starting January 10th):  10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Fee: $90.00

Deadline, Guest and Refund Policies:

    • (Introductory Course only) In view of the nominal pricing, there will be no refund or transfer of the $10 administrative fee.  
    • Withdrawal/refunds Courses 2 and beyond:  if a written request to withdraw is received before Opening Day at the beginning of each term, a refund less a 20% registration fee will be granted.  Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of the written request; there are no refunds thereafter.
    • We regret that guests are not permitted.
    • Registration must be made online (not in-person or by phone).
    • Tuition Forward Policy:  If for personal reasons you are unable to complete the course after a few sessions (specifically, by the end of Week 3), you are entitled to a free retake of the whole course during the following term.  Notice needs to be given to the Registration Team in writing. This does not apply to the Introductory Course administrative fee.
